As with all of our products, Bliss is made using only ingredients considered safe for general consumption and it is tested by third party labs to ensure it meets all of the food safety requirements for Australia. That being the case, Bliss has been created for adults using some ingredients intended for appetite management. The Konjac powder in Bliss, for example, has been used for centuries in Eastern medicine for this purpose, but is lacking sufficient clinical Western research to support its safety in high doses for children under 16. For this reason, we always prefer to be extra cautious when labelling and recommending our products for children.
