How do I update my subscription items?Updated a month ago
When signed into your account on desktop, you will see a subscriptions tab on the top bar of the Kissed Earth website (see image below). On mobile, this is located in the drop down menu in the top right corner of your device.
Click the subscription tab to manage your subscriptions. Here you will be able to add or remove items from your recurring order, change the processing date or the frequency in which you receive your orders.
If you have any issues updating your subscription, email [email protected] with the details of the change(s) you would like to make, and customer service will help to make these adjustments. Please note: In order to guarantee the changes are made in time for your next subscription order, please contact us a minimum of 48 business hours before your subscription order is set to process.
