Return Eligibility:
Orders are eligible for a return provided that they meet the following criteria:
- Must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
- Must not be marked as final sale
Returns must be received back to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your selection, please contact us at [email protected] for return address details.
Refunds:
If this is your first order from Kissed Earth Apparel you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method used.
If this is NOT your first order and you have placed previous orders from Kissed Earth Apparel, you are not eligible for refund. We do not provide monetary refunds on change of mind or size returns, unless a product is deemed faulty and a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team. According to ACCC we are not obligated to refund for a change of mind.
Store Credit:
All orders are eligible for return for store credit. Store credit is available for 12 months from date of issue. Store credits and gift cards are not refundable and cannot be transferred to cash or refund.
One time Size Exchanges:
All orders are eligible to be returned for one time exchange. We will cover the cost of the shipping for one exchange per order. If you are returning an exchange item, the shipping will be at your cost and you are eligible for store credit only.
Kissed Earth Apparel does not guarantee stock for your exchange order, it is subject to availability. Your exchange order will only be processed once your return is in transit back to us.
