Can I change my selection or add to my order once I have checked out?Updated 2 months ago

In most instances, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. You can always reach out to customer service at [email protected] to enquire, and we will do our best to provide alternatives for you. 

Incorrect delivery address

In the event that you need to update your delivery address or contact information, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] immediately after placing your order and we will make the changes if it is possible to do so. 

If you notice the delivery address is incorrect more than an hour after your order has been placed, it may be necessary to redirect the parcel with AusPost or DHL directly. This is possible via the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If you have questions about how to do this, please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
