Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products in re-saleable condition. For our ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.
Please email your request to return your product to [email protected] and we will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to us. Returned product(s) must be received within 30 days of your order, together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost, we cannot refund your original order’s shipping cost.

Here's how it works: You have 7 days from receipt of your order to try the product(s). If you don't like the product(s), simply notify Kissed Earth of your dissatisfaction at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order. Kissed Earth will provide return address details via email.
You then have 21 days from the time of the complaint to return the product(s) to Kissed Earth. Provided that 25% or less of the product has been used, you are entitled to a full refund on receipt of the return by Kissed Earth. *Return shipping will not be covered by Kissed Earth.

Although we endeavour to ensure all products are handled with care, there are instances where a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us (within 30 days of purchase) at [email protected] to organise a replacement.
