How do I track my order?Updated a month ago
Check your email confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information. This will become active as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Visit the kissedearth.com.au website:
- Go to our website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your Order section.
- Find the order you want to track and click on it to see the tracking number.
Use the carrier's tracking page: If you have the tracking number, you can go directly to the website of the shipping carrier (the majority of our orders are shipped via AusPost or DHL) and enter the tracking number provided into their track and trace page.
Tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later. This can take between 24-48 hours.
